This OLD BEAUTY does need some restoration to bring back its late 1800's charm, but you couldn't ask for a better neighborhood in Elberton.  The floors are currently carpeted floors (in areas) and ceilings were lowered some years ago, but some elbow work might reveal hardwood floors and maybe some bead board ceilings.  There is only one bathroom, although some slight space planning would allow for an additional bathroom.  Some interior features include: french doors, a built-in china hutch and a vintage gas heater in the living room. One of the most appealing features is the neighborhood. Not enough good can be said about Church Street, but just come relax on the front porch for an evening and this appeal will be revealed!
